  40. -Quick Fix version. Some dummy code was accidentally left in the program which
  41. tried to open locale.library V44+ even though Go Portscan! does not require it
  42. (yet). The problem did not effect users of OS3.5 and OS3.9. Thanks to all the
  43. users who pointed this one out :)
